In accordance with WYSA and St. Charles District Policy, PTSC requires that all Team Officials (including Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers) must be screened through the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and the Child Abuse Registry (CAR).  Completion of necessary forms must be coordinated through the District. CPIC/CAR screening must be completed by all Team Officials every 30 months with the appropriate Waiver form being completed at the beginning of every indoor and outdoor season.  Please note that CPIC/CAR screening and completion of Waiver form is mandatory in order to be placed or to remain on a Team Roster.  If you have any questions about the process, the forms or the supporting documentation required, please contact the District Coordinator at info@stcharles-soccer.com .
