2009-2010 PTSC Premier and Premier Development Player Tryouts and SCSA U11-12 Developmental League Assessment and Indoor Registration Information:

Players interested in playing in the U13-18 Premier, U13-18 Premier Development, or the U11-12 Developmental soccer league for the 2009 indoor season must register in-person at Sturgeon Creek Community Club at 210 Rita Street on one of the following dates:

• Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
• Wednesday, September 2, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Player Registrations will not be accepted without:

• a photocopy of Manitoba Health Card to confirm birth date and address of home residence
• a wallet size photo (approximately 1" x 1 ?") for your child's player card

Players in the U13-18 age category must attend a tryout session for team placement purposes and players in the U11-12 must attend an assessment session for PTSC Academy and the All-star Program consideration.
